Tina M. Singh, JD Founder and CEO, Singh Law Corporation,
I structure and lead transactions for frontier companies in several fields including artificial intelligence, machine learning, hardware, security, life sciences and other emerging fields. My corporate and technology expertise includes formation, seed and venture financing, corporate governance, contracts, licensing, securities, executive compensation, mergers & acquisitions, privacy and data protection. In addition to my legal work, I have served as a member of the Board of Directors for multiple technology and non-profit organizations and also as a strategic consultant to two venture funds. I enjoy supporting entrepreneurship and assisting as an “outsourced general counsel,” mentor, expert witness and lecturer. My publication on entrepreneurship has been well received, and I have lectured in this field at the University of California Berkeley, University of California, Davis School of Law, Santa Clara University School of Law as well as CLE credit lectures with Silicon Valley legends. I utilize my extensive transactional experience which includes achieving partnership status at a major national law firm, as combined with business strategy and technology “deep dives” to assist innovative companies in reaching their goals. I received a B.A. from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and a J.D. from the University of California, Davis, School of Law. I am admitted to practice law in California and Washington, D.C. and have clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in addition to my legal work for large top national U.S. law firms.
